It has always been a stimulating experience to work with LBS. They make you think outside of the box and move away from traditional views. It has certainly helped to streamline our processes both short and long term, as it remains with an organisation as it strives for continuous improvement.
Improving the rent arrears process can provide very real tangible measures. The money saving that can be made by having less of your tenants in arrears allows more time to be spent on preventing tenants from falling into arrears. We have freed up a resource used for chasing rent arrears and diverted it to a role that has an impact on helping tenants to maximise their benefits through advice on benefits and managing income and expenditure and debts.
